These were competitive acquisitions with 22 offers received. These are one-year contracts with a 30-day carryover. Locations of performance are Alaska, California, Wyoming, Texas, Washington, Hawaii, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, South Dakota and Oregon, with an Oct. 30, 2021, performance completion date.
