The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds Belvoir division, on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Research and Technology Integration (RTI) Directorate, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 releases this RFI. The U.S. C.G. is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform the following potential requirements as potential solutions to outfit the Waterways Commerce Cutters (WCC) with cutter boats: This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to help the Coast Guard make informed decisions regarding potential solutions to outfit the Waterways Commerce Cutters (WCC) with cutter boats. A single-design cutter boat is needed to support the 30 new WCCs in completing their various missions, including aids to navigation (ATON); search and rescue (SAR); ports, waterways, and coastal security (PWCS); marine environmental protection (MEP); and marine safety (MS). The WCC fleet will consist of River Buoy Tenders (up to 180 feet length overall (LOA)), Inland Construction Tenders (up to 160 feet LOA), and Inland Buoy Tenders (up to 120 feet LOA). The U.S. Coast Guard intends to outfit each River Buoy Tender with two (2) cutter boats and each Inland Construction Tender and Inland Buoy Tender with one (1) cutter boat, totaling up to 56 cutter boats, including spare hulls, over approximately ten (10) years.

The United States Army Contracting Command at Rock Island (ACC-RI) Information Technology Directorate (CCRI-TB) is seeking industry feedback regarding a potential solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) notice is being published for market research purposes only, to seek information from potential offerors for the contemplated acquisition of Enterprise Digital IF Multi-Carrier (EDIM) Modems to integrate with DoD SATCOM Gateways and enable Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) capabilities over Digital IF ground segment architectures. The USPS OIG is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and potential limited competition in the future. The USPS OIG has a requirement for a solution that provides tracking and accountability of all accountable property including computer equipment, investigative tools, and equipment, fixtures/furnishings, and vehicles. The asset management solution tool must provide historical information regarding asset purchase, assignment, reassignments, deletions, and surplus activities. The solution must interface with other information systems deployed by the agency including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and database programs. The solution must provide a reportable, reliable inventory to ensure USPS OIG maintains its standard of excellence in accountability.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) and planning ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is necessary to assist the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) in determining the potential levels of interest, adequate competition, and technical capability for a potential, but not certain, a future solicitation. Companies not responding to the RFI may be precluded from participating in any future competitions related to this requirement. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community. The U.S. Census Bureau in support of the Business Intelligence Supporting Service is seeking information on how Business Intelligence (BI) tools are leveraged to help aid in the selection of a new platform for the Enterprise Reporting Support System (ERSS). The goal is to determine which tool(s)/service(s) could potentially be implemented across the Census enterprise to track the progress, cost, and data quality for a variety of Census data collection operations. The BI tool/service should enable the following functionality at an absolute minimum: the creation and display of tabular reports, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations to aid in outlier detection, tailored automated emails, enforceable role-based permissions, and support other business intelligence features such as data extracts and creation of custom views. These core BI functionalities are detailed in more depth in Section 2.0 of the RFI statement.

This Request for Information (RFI) is for Market Research purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice do not offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
