The U.S. C.G. is conducting a Sources Sought Market Survey in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform the following potential requirements as potential solutions to outfit the Waterways Commerce Cutters (WCC) with cutter boats: This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to help the Coast Guard make informed decisions regarding potential solutions to outfit the Waterways Commerce Cutters (WCC) with cutter boats. A single-design cutter boat is needed to support the 30 new WCCs in completing their various missions, including aids to navigation (ATON); search and rescue (SAR); ports, waterways, and coastal security (PWCS); marine environmental protection (MEP); and marine safety (MS). The USPS OIG is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and potential limited competition in the future. The USPS OIG has a requirement for a solution that provides tracking and accountability of all accountable property including computer equipment, investigative tools, and equipment, fixtures/furnishings, and vehicles. The asset management solution tool must provide historical information regarding asset purchase, assignment, reassignments, deletions, and surplus activities. The solution must interface with other information systems deployed by the agency including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and database programs. The solution must provide a reportable, reliable inventory to ensure USPS OIG maintains its standard of excellence in accountability.
