7 Construction Firms Awarded $92M To Increase Aggregate Capacity of IDIQ Multiple Award Construction Contracts

Harper Construction Co. Inc., San Diego, California; Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Irvine, California ; M. A. Mortenson Co. doing business as Mortenson Construction, Minneapolis, Minnesota; R. A. Burch Construction Co.
