This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a two-year contract with no option periods. Ernst and Young LLP, New York, New York, is being awarded a maximum $98,142,615 labor-hour contract for audit services for the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General audits of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) financial statements, with an expected completion date of Dec. 31, 2021. The contract has a one-year base period with four individual one-year option periods and is the result of a competitive acquisition for which two quotes were received. Subject to availability of funding, fiscal 2021 operations, and maintenance (DLA) funds in the amount of $18,838,861 will be obligated when funds are available for this contract. This modification provides continued international ocean and intermodal distribution services. Work will be performed worldwide as specified on each individual order. Particularly, the purpose of this NOTICE is to gain knowledge of potential business sources for potential business sources for the construction of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) Site Work AND Geotechnical Mitigation for Alameda Columbarium, Outpatient Clinic and Conservation Management Office. This project is planned for advertising in the late summer of 2020.
