This modification provides continued international ocean and intermodal distribution services. Work will be performed worldwide as specified on each individual order. The option period of performance is from Dec. 1, 2020, to Aug. 31, 2021. Fiscal 2021 transportation working capital funds to be obligated on individual task orders. This modification increases the total cumulative face value of the contract from $170,116,349, to $343,168,974. RFI: Software Development Programs and IT Services

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division intends to award a contract to Stauder Technologies for the development and delivery of upgrades to the proprietary software Joint Effects and Coordination Link (JECL) and mobileJECL for the purposes of connecting Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE) and the Kinetic Integrated Lightweight Software Individual Tactical combat Handheld (KILSWITCH) applications with customers’ requirements for different messaging formats.  Included will be support services for JECL and mobileJECL executable services and mobileJECL Android-Precision Assault Strike Suite (A-PASS) Plugin executable and source code, updated as necessary to encompass customer requirements.  DIEE and KILSWITCH will not interact with all customer messaging formats without the use of JECL or mobileJECL and each message format may require modification to ensure proper interaction.  Local and/or remote testing at China Lake, CA (or another approved facility) may be required.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing that they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship or duplication of cost to the Government. RFP For A Multiple Award IDIQ Contract for NAWCAD WOLF – Engineering Products and Technical Services

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government’s intent is to award a Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to each and all qualifying Offerors whose proposal is technically evaluated as “acceptable”, with an estimated award of 07 June 2021. The contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. The resulting contract will have Cost Reimbursable and Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price CLINS; therefore, successful awardee will be required to have an adequate accounting system upon contract award.

The Government will not accept or respond to telephone calls or requests for meetings with potential Offerors about this requirement. FPM Remediations Inc Awarded A Ceiling $60M IDIQ Contract

FPM Remediations Inc., Oneida, New York, has been awarded a ceiling $60,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base realignment and closure (BRAC) environmental construction optimization services to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate (CIB). These performance-based remediation efforts support the AFCEC BRAC mission and enhance BRAC program capabilities within AFCEC/CIB. The requirements support a variety of environmental restoration services and construction necessary to maintain regulatory selected remedies, implement optimization to enhance remedial progress and advance sites to completion in a cost-effective manner.
