We are developing partnerships with local design-build firms that have an active construction contractors presence in Timor-Leste. The majority of the solicitations issued by our office are sent to local entities only (FAR 5.202(a)(12)). If your firm maintains local and rapid construction capabilities throughout Timor-Leste, provide your capabilities statement to the Primary Point of Contract listed below. Your capabilities may be referred to as future projects are identified.
