The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information from all qualified vendors to determine whether capability and interest exists for Real Estate Brokerage Services for the OCC Retail Space requirement.

This Sources Sought is intended to inform the OCC on the current status of industry sources that can provide real estate brokerage services for OCC retail space. Your responses to the draft statement of work will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
