The U.S. Government through the Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 6,276 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of general storage/warehouse space to be used by the Portland Marines Recruiting Batallion, Marine Corps Recruiting Main Station and divided into five (5) general areas: office, conference room, internal storage, shower, and general storage/warehouse. The lease shall be full service to include base rent, CAM, utilities, and janitorial for a term not to exceed 10 years with Government termination rights. Required location is in Portland, OR and within the defined delineated area boundaries:
